These terms are from The Mayor Joe Garrison Foundation Inc., a Florida nonprofit corporation recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, EIN 33-1928613. We are based in Dundee, Florida, and serve Dundee and the communities around it in Polk County.

We are an independent foundation. We are not the Town of Dundee, and this is not a town website, department, or program.

These terms apply when you use this website. By using the site or sending us a form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms work together with our Privacy Policy.

This site shares information about the foundation, how to ask for help, and ways to give or volunteer. It lets you send us a message through our forms. We offer it as a convenience for our neighbors in Dundee and the communities around it in Polk County.

You can ask for help through our Get Help page. Asking is free, and there is no application fee.

Submitting a request does not promise that we can help. What we can do depends on the resources and volunteers we have at the time, and we will be honest with you about what is possible.

We serve Dundee and the communities around it in Polk County, Florida. We are not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911 right away.

We ask for donations to support the foundation's charitable work, including rent and food assistance, cleanup and painting help, and our volunteer and community programs. Donations will be solicited for this fundraising program.

The Mayor Joe Garrison Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit in Florida, EIN 33-1928613. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Gifts are used for the foundation's charitable programs.

You can choose to receive email updates and text messages from us. Each form has two separate boxes, one for email and one for texts. Both are unchecked unless you check them, and you can send any form without checking either box. Giving your phone number and agreeing to texts are optional.

If you agree to texts, you will receive text messages from Mayor Joe Garrison Foundation about neighbor updates, follow up on requests for help, volunteer and event updates, and fundraising. Donations will be solicited. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and can be delayed or may not go through at all. Your consent to texts is never a condition of asking for help, getting help, volunteering, or giving.

We will not sell or share your mobile information, including your text message opt-in or consent, with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Please use this website lawfully and with respect. Do not use our forms to send false requests, to harass anyone, or to disrupt the site. Do not try to reach parts of the site or our systems that are not meant for you.

The foundation's name, the text we have written, and the look of this site belong to the foundation. Historical photographs are credited to their sources and used under the licenses shown on our About page.
